Mitch leads Southledge Capital, where he oversees project acquisitions, partnership creation, and asset performance. Over more than a decade of experience in real estate and operations, Mitch has developed a passion for helping operators achieve their goals in the business lane they are in.
As Chief Operating Officer of Newell Development in Bentonville, Arkansas, he directed the firm's development pipeline and oversaw in-house management operations. Prior to that, Mitch worked in operations for a multifamily owner/developer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, focusing on stable, newly acquired, and lease-up property operations, tax credit compliance, and employee development across a 23-state portfolio.
Through Southledge Capital, Mitch invests in and operates multifamily properties and operating companies across multiple industries, bringing capital, guidance, and leadership to the people building them.
